PRICES & TERMS: Parcel prices vary as a function of specific location and terrain features.

Prices in the 36-acre range start from the $140's. Terms are 10% down, balance at 10% interest for 15 years. (Discounts available with increased down payments and/or multiple parcel purchases.)

Financing is guaranteed. There are no closing costs, credit checks, qualifying requirements, prepayment penalities and all loans are fully assumable.

All property is title insured by First American Title insurance Co. and all payments are made directly to this firm to assure proper handling of funds.
