Willow Creek Ranch is a sprawling expanse of spacious, privately deedable acreages in the heart of northwestern Arizona. The Ranch, which has direct private access off of Interstate 40, is located 70 miles west of Williams and 25 miles east of Kingman and is only 2 1/2 hours from the deserts of Las Vegas! This is an ideal location for great getaways: conveniently accessed, surrounded by attraction-packed sportland, yet appealingly private, peaceful and secluded.

The terrain here is topgraphically diverse, richly wooded and scenically beautiful. The ranch stretches from the summits of the Cottonwood Mountains on the north to the foothills of the Aquarius Mountains on the south. From all points, you're treated to spectacular views of shimmering green slopes and lush valley landscapes. Sparkling clear skies yield "forever" vistas and incredibly star-studded nights. Beautiful Willow Creek meanders across portions of the ranch and is a wildlife sanctuary, with thoughtful conservation corridors to assure habitat preservation. Willow Creek Ranch is heavily wooded property, accented by meadows of lush native grasses and seasonal wildflowers. Mature pinon pine, juniper, oak and willow trees are all resident; stately cottonwoods trace the creek and various rain-fed arroyos throughout the ranch. Mountain springs are numerous, bubbling up pure fresh water year round. Colorful rock formations and scenic canyons add visual interest throughout.

Willow Creek Ranch lies at an average elevation of 5300'. This makes for a most pleasant climate. No heavy winters or hot summers to curtail your outdoor fun - the local seasons are very distinct yet all enjoyably mild.
