Northwestern
Arizona boasts some of the prettiest, most inviting wilderness terrain
in the U.S. Unfortunately, precious little of it is available for
private ownership. Fortunately, there is Willow Creek Ranch.

Willow Creek Ranch is a
sprawling expanse of spacious, privately deedable acreages in the heart
of northwestern Arizona. The
Ranch, which has direct private access off of Interstate 40, is located
70 miles west of Williams and 25 miles east of Kingman and is only 2
1/2
hours from the deserts of Las Vegas! This is an ideal location for great getaways: conveniently
accessed, surrounded by attraction-packed sportland, yet appealingly
private, peaceful and secluded.
The terrain here is
topgraphically diverse,
richly wooded and scenically beautiful. The ranch stretches from the
summits of the Cottonwood Mountains on the north to the foothills of
the Aquarius Mountains on the south. From all points, you're treated to
spectacular views of shimmering green slopes and lush valley
landscapes. Sparkling clear skies yield "forever" vistas and incredibly
star-studded nights. Beautiful Willow Creek meanders across
portions of the ranch and is a wildlife sanctuary, with thoughtful
conservation corridors to assure habitat preservation. Willow Creek
Ranch is heavily wooded property, accented by meadows of lush native
grasses and seasonal wildflowers. Mature pinon pine, juniper, oak and
willow trees are all resident; stately cottonwoods trace the creek and
various rain-fed arroyos throughout the ranch. Mountain springs are
numerous, bubbling up pure fresh water year round. Colorful rock
formations and scenic canyons add visual interest throughout.
Willow Creek
Ranch lies at an average elevation of 5300'. This makes for a most
pleasant climate. No heavy winters or hot summers to curtail your
outdoor fun - the local seasons are very distinct yet all enjoyably
mild.
Willow Creek Ranch
sites are a minimum of 36 acres each. Every Willow Creek
Ranch property offers a number of excellent bulilding
sites with a wide choice of landscapes and solar facings. All parcels
have been custom contour surveyed, assuring optimum enhancement of
view, terrain and privacy features. Property choices are broad: you may
select from lush meadows, densely wooded acreage, gently rolling hills,
rugged ridgetops, secluded canyons and many combinations thereof.
Monuments mark each parcel boundary.
Good private
roads along county recorded easements serve all properties; maintenance
of this road network is well funded and responsive. Power is available
to some Willow Creek Ranch sites. However, many owners prefer
well-proven, self-sufficiency technologies such as solar-power, bottled
gas, wood-burning stoves, gas-fired generators, etc. Cellular phone is
effective throughout the ranch. Water is via private wells. Water
depths and well outputs are excellent.
Soil is
preferred sandy loam base - excellent for a wide range of vegetables
and trees. Area favorites include apple, cherry, plum and peach.
Intelligent
community covenants have been established to assure long-term
protection of the fine wilderness environment and tasteful development
throughout . You may build or fence whenever you wish; there is no time
requirement for doing so. Horse, livestock and growing privileges are
allowed.
Words and
pictures fall far short of the impressive reality that is Willow
Creek Ranch. This is truly storybook country - pristine, refreshing,
nature-blest mountain wilderness at its best. And while it lasts,
Willow Creek Ranch presents an opportunity to capture a healthy portion
of this fast-vanishing American treasure - for you and yours now, and
for a rich legacy to generations ahead.
