Willow Creek Ranch is located within the foothills and summits of the Cottonwood and Aquarius Mountains. Elevation: 5,300 to 5,500 feet above sea level.

Water: Willow Creek Ranch lies in the Cottonwood Mountains watershed and the Big Sandy Water basin. Within the mountains and valleys surrounding the land are six major surface springs as well as the Ranch's namesake. Willow Creek, whose waters flow year-round Although actual water depth and yield can only be determined by drilling on individual parcels, registered groundwater reports for newly drilled wells indicate the availability of water to range from 150' 220' within the general area. Depths will vary according to specific well locations.
